Mike first chose to follow Jesus in 1973, making his decision after four years as a teenage "resident atheist"at a south London Church.
​After working as chaplain to a drug addiction rehab, he pastored Baptist churches in Cardiff, Coventry and Banbury; made several trips to developing world countries to train pastors; has spoken at New Wine conferences for more than 20 years; and is now (in retirement) Tutor in Theology at
Trinity Church, Cheltenham
is an accredited minister (retired) of the Baptist Union of Great Britain
holds a Master's degree in Biblical Studies and Doctrine from the University of Oxford

is a personal member of the Evangelical Alliance

is a member of the New Wine Network

has spoken at New Wine and Leading Edge conferences

has taught theology as a visiting lecturer at Westminster Theological Centre, and St Mellitus College in Cheltenham
For 43 years, Mike was married to Susie - who, sadly, died in September 2020. Mike has two adult sons, one daughter-in-law, and two beautiful grand-daughters.
He inherited from Susie the world's most beautiful Cavapoo, Phoebe.
